Hello,
I've been hoping to speak with someone at Soroptimist about a program that Jess Newley from Friends of the San Juans and I have been working to offer to students at FHHS around service learning opportunities in environmental conservation. We have 6 young women interested in participating and I am trying to exhaust every effort in making this program accessible to every single island family regardless of socio-economic status. If it would be possible to speak with someone at Soroptimist about this program I'd love the opportunity. I can also include a flyer about the project and our two (so far) identified mentors Jess Newly and Katie Foster. Thanks for your time.

Soroptimist Club-
Thank you for again for participating as a sponsor in the Father Daughter Dance in 2023. We hope that the Soroptimist’s are willing to join Island Rec as a sponsor again in 2025, for the 19th annual dance. Last time you generously contributed $360 and we would be delighted if you could match that amount again this year.
In 2023, by providing this sponsorship, we were able to provide free and reduced rate tickets for 25 low-income families in the community. The Father Daughter Dance event continues to be popular with girls of all ages and their father figures. As a sponsor the Soroptimist logo will appear on all promotional material for the event.
