Our next membership meeting is at noon on Wednesday, the December 13th, at the Library.

Agenda:
1. Tree Lighting Ceremony Popcorn and Hot Chocolate Giveaway.
Friday, December 6th, 6:00 pm- expect an online sign-up sheet for volunteers for 2 hours.
Should we sell or give the items away? And how much should we sell them for?
2 Membership appreciation holiday party. December 8th set-up and responsibilities. An online sign-up sheet for Pot Luck meals will be included in the e-bite.
3. "We Pop" for our community—popcorn giveaway at Brickworks during the Holiday Fair. December 13-15th. Please expect Online Sign-up sheets for 2-hour shifts. I have a 6ftx 4ft table space reserved. I'll bring my table and chairs.
We will have some downtime in January and February except for the card-making event on January 29th (5th Wednesday social).
The popcorn and hot chocolate giveaway have been cancelled due to lack of interest. and time restraints.
