Recap of today's meeting at Heritage Bank:
In Attendance: Nina Connally, Mary Campanella, Lynn Weatherill, Carol Capps, Karin Eberhard, and Darlene Hampton
Connecting by Zoom: Sue Buettell and Suzy Mygatt Wakefield
No additions to the agenda

First order of business: from now on, all meetings will be conducted by Zoom only
Reach out to members regarding donors and follow up. To be completed in December
Mary to connect with Denise regarding donors and personal contacts
January 5th donations are due
Community Cancer Fund SJI is possibly a major sponsor this year (Sara Snyder- FloatFest)
Karin reports that she and Marcy had a fabulous meeting with Chef Bill at Roche.
Chef Bill offered to greet patrons personally and set up high-top rounds for food selection (no long lines).
He offered to have the food prepared throughout the event. He suggested we revert to round table settings to coincide with the round high tops. Dessert tower, cheese board, grill, and pasta station were all mentioned. Unfortunately, no menu was finalized.
Suzy brought up ticket pricing. Possible to lower the price, or tier pricing according to date of purchase of tickets, 120 people x $125.00 = $15.000.00- due to the economy – pricing will be discussed at the December meeting
Also up for discussion is the possibility of too many auction items being offered —further debate.
Need to improve the delivery time for auction items.
Save-the-date notices will be mailed out in late January.
Sue mentioned we had a complaint regarding the quality of the wines.
Mary will speak to Kathy Kane about the wine /case donation
Karin will talk about Stan from Kings Market for distributors who might be willing to donate.
Or possibly Stan is hosting a wine party. (Donation)
The theme is Garden Party, the location is Roche Harbor, and it's a new, exciting dining experience. Date May 17th

As far as I know the menu is finalized. The desserts will be the chefs choice.
