2024_2025 Event Sponsors & Sponsor Guidelines
The files below are for your information and use to solicit business sponsor for 2025 AMZ. The files are self-titled. The Excel version of the Sponsor Target list is the source of its PDF version and is what Nina will keep updated.
Key points to remember when communicating with the Sponsor targets is the FRC needs the checks sent our PO Box 2856 in January (if not sooner). All checks need "2025 AMZ" into the check's memo area.
As FYI, Roche Harbor Resort (RHR) set Jan 17, 2025 has our due date to pay ~$7000 upfront.
Tickets go on sale March 15 and we need to advise RHR of our ticket sale count by April 15.
