SIFRI Monthly Speaker Meeting

May 17 - Denice Kulseth, Friday Harbor Town Administrator.  The Town Administrator is the chief administrative officer of the Town and is responsible to the Mayor and Town Council for proper administration of all affairs of the Town.  She attends all meetings of the Town Council and recommends for adoption by the Town Council such measures as she may deem necessary or expedient.  She sees that all laws, ordinances and policies of the Town Council are faithfully executed and keeps the public and Council informed on Town operations.  In Denice’s own words, “Although I began my career in a private law firm, I’ve spent most of my career in the public sector, first as an Assistant Attorney General, then County Attorney, Management Analyst, and now Town Administrator.  I get deep satisfaction from helping the general public understand how government works.
